POLÍTICA DE ENVÍOS Y DEVOLUCIONES

1. Envíos

1.1. Zonas de Envío

Los envíos de los productos adquiridos en E-Toy Amusement, S.L. se realizan exclusivamente a direcciones dentro del territorio de España. No realizamos envíos internacionales en este momento.

1.2. Plazo de Entrega

El plazo de entrega estimado es de 2-4 laborables, salvo causas de fuerza mayor o incidencias con el transportista. Este plazo comenzará a contar desde la confirmación del pedido y la recepción del pago.

1.3. Coste de Envío

Los gastos de envío se calcularán durante el proceso de compra, según el peso, volumen y destino de los productos adquiridos. Los costes del envío serán claramente indicados antes de que el cliente confirme su pedido.

1.4. Seguimiento de Envíos

Una vez el paquete haya sido enviado, E-Toy Amusement, S.L. proporcionará al cliente un número de seguimiento para que pueda rastrear su pedido a través del sitio web del transportista.

2. Devoluciones

2.1. Derecho de Desistimiento

Según lo establecido en la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, los productos comprados en E-Toy Amusement, S.L. están destinados a empresas (B2B). Por lo tanto, no se aplican los derechos de desistimiento habituales para consumidores finales, salvo acuerdo contrario entre ambas partes o estipulación expresa.

2.2. Condiciones de Devolución

En el caso de que un producto esté defectuoso o no se ajuste a las características descritas, el cliente deberá comunicarlo a E-Toy Amusement, S.L. en un plazo máximo de 14 días desde la recepción del pedido. En estos casos, se procederá a la devolución del importe o al reemplazo del producto defectuoso, según se acuerde entre ambas partes.

2.3. Proceso de Devolución

Para realizar una devolución, el cliente deberá ponerse en contacto con E-Toy Amusement, S.L. a través de javier.zapata@e-toy.es. Se indicará el número de pedido, los productos a devolver y el motivo de la devolución. Los productos deben ser devueltos en su embalaje original y en condiciones perfectas, sin signos de uso.

2.4. Costes de Devolución

El coste de las devoluciones correrá a cargo del cliente, salvo en el caso de productos defectuosos o entregados por error. Los gastos de envío originales no serán reembolsados, salvo en circunstancias especiales acordadas entre ambas partes.

2.5. Excepciones

No se admitirán devoluciones en los siguientes casos:

• Productos que hayan sido abiertos, manipulados o utilizados, a excepción de aquellos que presenten defectos de fabricación.
• Productos personalizados o hechos a medida para el cliente.
• Productos que hayan sido adquiridos en promociones especiales o ventas finales.

3. Reembolsos

3.1. Plazo de Reembolso

Una vez que la devolución haya sido aprobada y los productos devueltos hayan sido recibidos, se procederá al reembolso del importe del producto en un plazo máximo de 10 laborables. El reembolso se realizará mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra, salvo acuerdo contrario entre ambas partes.
